About the Opportunity Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Planner/Buyers responsible for procurement and vendor coordination Oversee day-to-day procurement and planning activities to ensure continuity of supply Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost, service, and supplier performance Drive accountability, performance management, and continuous development within the team Oversee procurement of goods, services, raw materials, and packaging to support operational requirements Perform rough-cut capacity planning and collaborate with vendors to optimize production schedules Ensure alignment between procurement activities and demand forecasts Coordinate the movement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to/from vendors Track open purchase orders and monitor inbound shipment status to ensure on-time delivery Lead sourcing initiatives including RFPs and RFQs to ensure competitive pricing and supplier selection Conduct periodic market testing to bench...
