Job Description

 POSITION OVERVIEW
 The Procurement Officer is responsible for spearheading all administrative efforts pertaining to the purchase of goods and services, logistics coordination pertaining to the delivery of purchased goods, and contract administration at Client Side.
 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
 Identify, source and maintain a list of authorized vendors for various goods and services
 Building strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
 Liaise with Food and Beverages Department and others to proactively identify requirements
 Process Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders and Contracts
 Order products and supplies which include determining the appropriate vendor
 Managing the procurement of food and non-food
 Coordinate with Accounting Team to ensure timely payment to vendors and service providers
