Job Description
Reporting to the Procurement Lead. This critical role is focused on ensuring the client's Procurement Policy governs how goods and services are bought, observes regulatory and internal governance, and supports business teams in achieving the best financial outcomes.
You will be instrumental in simplifying processes to allow internal business teams to focus on their core objectives.
Key Responsibilities
This role encompasses both upstream and downstream functions:
Upstream Focus:
- Provide sourcing support for all divisions, including Operations and Member support.
- Conduct expenditure analysis of indirect spending to drive process improvement.
- Review and enhance category planning and category management.
- Manage contracts, working closely with Legal experts to ensure commercial arrangements are agreed, met, adhered to, and properly captured.
