We are hiring a Procurement Team Leader with strong expertise in Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes to support their Shared Services operations across the Americas . This is a key leadership role within a growing Shared Services Center (SSC) , focused on driving process optimization, and operational excellence in procurement. Key Responsibilities Lead the rollout and adoption of regional P2P initiatives across the Shared Services organization. Optimize guided buying channels, ERP catalogs, and procurement tools to enhance user experience and compliance. Streamline end-to-end P2P workflows , reducing manual effort and increasing automation. Define and track KPIs and efficiency metrics for procurement operations. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to enable standardized processes within a centralized Shared Services model .
