Position Overview
The primary objective of the role is to provide product design and process development oversight for all products manufactured in the Philippines.
Responsibilities
- Develop new products and manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams and conduct testing and evaluations to ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.
- Manage development projects and recommend tools and equipment to support efficient production and product expansion.
- Lead product design reviews and release processes, reporting project status to management.
- Coordinate with international safety agencies to secure product approvals.
- Recommend design or manufacturing improvements to enhance product performance, quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Manage technicians and provide direction, assistance, and guidance as needed.
