Product Development Executive

Job Description 1. Sales Support & Product Training Partner with the Sales team to plan and conduct product training sessions across clinics. Deliver training sessions onsite, virtually, or in small‑group formats based on clinic needs. Support clinics in building product knowledge and confidence to reinforce effective sales discussions. 2. Clinical Demonstration Support Take ownership of clinical demo setup, including planning, coordination, and equipment preparation. Conduct clinical demonstration sessions for doctors in a safe, accurate, and professional manner. Ensure demos support sales conversations and align with approved product usage. 3. Soft‑Skills Training Support Collaborate with Key Account Managers to design and deliver soft‑skills training sessions. Support clinic teams in improving patient communication, consultation techniques, and service experience.
