Job Description
Mechanical Engineer (eLSD) is responsible for designing and developing eLSD mechanical components, ensuring robust, manufacturable, and cost-effective product solutions for AWD systems.
Design and develop eLSD mechanical components to meet functional and packaging requirements.
Create 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, and detailed specifications for eLSD components and assemblies.
Define design concepts and perform layout studies considering performance, space constraints, and manufacturability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure mechanical design compatibility within AWD system architecture.
Work closely with suppliers to support component design, drawing release, and engineering changes.
Develop and maintain engineering documentation, including BOM, design specifications, and drawings.
