Product Industrial Validation & Certification Manager

The opportunity

As a Product Industrial Validation & Certification (PIVC) Manager , you will be responsible for leading the Verification & Validation (V&V) Center, ensuring that advanced power electronics products meet all functional, performance, reliability, and compliance requirements.

You will work closely with R&D, industrialization, quality, and certification bodies to define and execute validation strategies based on cutting-edge methodologies, including Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL), real-time simulation, and full-scale power testing .

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive technical excellence, ensure product robustness, and contribute to the successful deployment of innovative solutions for grid integration and energy transition.
