- Master’s degree in business administration, bachelor’s degree in science or related field
- At least 8 years as a Product Specialist, Sales in the Ophthalmology product
- At least 5 years as a management level
- At least 3 years in Marketing within MNC
- Business level in English for communication, presentation, and documents with MNC customers
- Have own car and driving car license
- High motivation and good collaboration
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Pleasant personality and interpersonal skills
- Ophthalmology and IOL experience with surgical products is preferred
