Product Manager (Payments)

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and optimization of LaFinteca’s payment products across Argentina, Chile, and Peru . This role sits at the heart of our product organization, owning key decisions around payment infrastructure, APMs, wallets, PSPs, and crypto on/off-ramps.

Your mission

• Own the product strategy for payment solutions across key LATAM markets
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories)
• Evaluate solution options (in-house, white-label, hybrid) and recommend the best approach
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to support planning, prioritization, and delivery
• Define user journeys and ensure seamless end-to-end experiences
• Align with stakeholders across Tech, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Finance
• Participate in testing, monitor progress, and proactively mitigate risks
