This role will play a critical part in transitioning teams from a project-based mindset to a product-driven, agile operating model, with a strong focus on supporting Medicare and Medicaid initiatives.
Success in this role requires a balance of product ownership, stakeholder partnership, and domain expertise in Medicare Advantage and Medicaid programs, including D-SNP, FIDE, and HIDE plan structures. This individual will support high-volume Medicare telesales agents and broker channels, ensuring solutions align with regulatory requirements, enrollment processes, and evolving business needs.
