~5+ years of experience in product, AI, or technology project delivery.
~ Experience in voice, contact center, or AI-driven solutions (preferred).
~ Experience in global / multi-country environments.
~ Strong understanding of business case development and KPI tracking.
~ Experience in delivery management and backlog coordination.
~ Lenguages: English: fluent (required) -Spanish: fluent (required) -Portuguese: nice to have
