Job Description
Role Summary:
Work on Embedded x86 SOC debug and failure analysis for customer and factory failures. Reproduce failures, isolate root cause, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, validation, FW, manufacturing) to drive corrective actions and quality improvements. Key Responsibilities: Understand SOC as a complete system (HW, FW, BIOS, SW) Run and debug system-level tests (SLT), reproduce failures, collect logs Set up bench-level and system-level testing/diagnostics Generate hypotheses, design experiments and electrical tests to validate Perform root cause analysis, resolve quality issues, drive product improvements Provide technical support and generate reports for customer cases Preferred Experience: Embedded systems, validation, or HW/FW debug (internship/project OK) Understanding of computer architecture (CPU, memory, storage, PCIe, USB, networking) Hands-on with x86 platforms (desktop, industrial PC, server, embedded) Exposure to system bring-up, BIOS/UEFI, boot f...
