Cintas is seeking a Product Specialist to identify new product opportunities within existing customer bases and serve as a Product Development Specialist by maintaining customer information and producing required sales productivity reports.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, conduct on‑site visits, cold call, set appointments with prospects, and present programs
- Meet activity requirements and identify potential upsell opportunities
- Utilize the customer relationship management system to document and maintain customer information
- Produce required sales productivity reports
- Communicate product details and pre‑installation requirements to the service department management team
- Complete paperwork for new product adds
