**Shift:** 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
**Pay Rate:** $16.00/hour

This role focuses on hands-on production and assembly work, including preparing and assembling wires and fiber rope using hand tools. You will work with small parts, follow measurements accurately, and support multiple stages of the production process to ensure high-quality output.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble wires accurately using hand tools, and hand assembly according to production specifications.
+ Measure to cut and prepare materials to the correct size.
+ Prepare fiber rope and small parts for subsequent stations, including cutting, gluing, cleaning and final assembly.
