Job Description
Responsibilities:
Ensure achievement of the production plan for each line while adhering to predetermined quality and safety standards. Manage and organize labor and personnel effectively to fulfill the production plan efficiently. Ensure that the production rate aligns with the time plan and quality instructions. Maintain high production rates while meeting the required quality standards within the specified time frame. Enhance manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and cost reduction strategies. Monitor and address production line stoppages and problems, taking appropriate action to resolve issues and prevent disruptions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Proficiency in English is required.
