We are seeking an experienced Production Lead for a direct hire opportunity in Cayey, PR. This role is ideal for a bilingual manufacturing leader with strong Lean Management experience, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to coordinate production teams in a fast-paced operations environment.
The Production Lead will supervise and support Production Supervisors while driving improvements in safety, quality, efficiency, cost control, workflow optimization, and team performance.
