Production Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced, hands-on Production Manager to lead their shop-floor operations, overseeing the entire process of manufacturing specialist products, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring high standards for quality, safety, and delivery.

Duties of the role:

• Oversee day-to-day production activities, managing a large team of Production Supervisors and skilled Operatives.
• Plan and schedule production to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full (OTIF)
• Champion Lean / CI initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and drive cost savings
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards
