Our client, a manufacturing company located just outside of London, ON is looking for a Production Manager to join their team.
What you will do in this role
Direct daily operations of slaughter, fabrication, packaging, and order assembly.
Align production with livestock supply, labour capacity, and sales priorities.
Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and with consistent quality.
Supervise and mentor frontline supervisors, team leads, and production employees.
Conduct daily floor walks to reinforce expectations, ensure accountability, and resolve barriers to productivity.
Drive workforce efficiency through optimized scheduling, cross-training, and performance management.
Promote a culture of ownership, safety, and respect.
