Production Manager
for its
McPherson
facility, located in Markham. This position is ideal for an individual with a strong mix of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, an ability to work with various computer programs (Microsoft Office, ERP) and a desire to take on new challenges in a fast paced and exciting customer-focused environment. : Site Manager Essential Duties
Manage, Supervise and lead a multi-shift, multi-location production facility; Train & mentor staff to ensure policies, procedures and quality requirements are met; Ensure production targets are being achieved while maintaining efficient use of staff resources; Ensure all daily, weekly and monthly reports are being completed and KPIs are being reviewed in accordance to company policies; Develop and implement a continuous improvement program for production to support the company’s goals around ...
