Job Description
Our client is currently recruiting a Production Manager who will lead the day-to-day operation of their industrial plant to deliver safe, compliant, efficient and cost-effective production. You will work closely with the Operations team on throughput, quality and service, and with the Maintenance Manager on asset care, planned maintenance and breakdown response to minimise downtime and optimise performance Responsibilities Own the safe, effective running of the plant across shifts, ensuring the plant is set up, monitored and producing to agreed specifications and volumes. Plan daily/weekly production with the Operations team balance throughput, quality and resource to meet targets. Ensure all activities comply with Health, Safety and Environmental regulations and internal procedures lead risk assessments, plant inspections and safety conversations.
