Production Manager (Plastic / Polymer Mfg) | Tuas

This role will beresponsible for overseeing 24/7 high-volume production operations, ensuring manufacturing excellence, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet business objectives. You will lead a team of production operators, and technical support staff, ensuring alignment across departments and delivering products to the highest quality standards. Jobscope: Oversee end-to-end plastics manufacturing workflows, including extrusion, machining, and assembly. Monitor KPIs such as output, yield, scrap rate, and cycle times, and implement actions to address performance gaps. Lead, mentor, and manage production supervisors, technicians, and operators across multiple shifts. Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
