•Department budget and cost management & KPIs including Variable cost / MOPEX / Coverage / Quality
•People Management of production department
•Continuous improvement in production
Requirements
•5 years or above experience of production and related management experience•English reading and verbal communication ability
•Knowledge of Microsoft office
•Knowledge of SHE/GMP
•Knowledge of chemical/process/equipment
