Production Operative: 4-on/3-off + Training & Bonus

E3 Recruitment is seeking Production Operatives in Plumpton, near Lewes, Haywards Heath, and Burgess Hill. This role offers a starting rate of £12.71 per hour with an average bonus of £100 weekly.

The ideal candidates will have experience in manufacturing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will enjoy ongoing training and a structured working pattern of 4 days on and 3 days off.
