Production Operative/Machine Operator

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading and prestigious manufacturing company based in Snetterton, Norfolk. Due to their continued growth and success, they are seeking to employ a Production Operative/Machine Operator. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 6am - 2.30pm. Very competitive salary offered. Reporting directly to Warehouse/Production Manager.

Responsibilities and duties

• Responsible for all aspects of assessment and repair including chairs and sofas, pelmets, headboards, and any other repairs required. To assist production assembling furniture and the manufacturing of pelmets and headboards. Assisting with upholstery where required.
• Take responsibility for your own performance and behaviours.
• Highlight any potential problems prior to them occurring where possible. To follow the schedule as set out by the Supervisor/Manager.
• Improve efficiencies, processes, and quality.
