**Key Responsibilities**- Develop and execute the production plan (RCCP) four weeks in advance.
- Coordinate material availability, plant capacity, and demand forecasts.
- Serve as the liaison between key departments: operations, customer service, procurement, and sales.
- Lead tactical plan reviews in response to changing business needs.
- Provide inventory and supply data to support the S&OP/IBP process.
- Continuously improve KPIs such as OTIF, service level, and obsolete inventory management.
