Requirements
Proven experience in production planning within an industrial environment, preferably in high-volume/mass production.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions and within global, matrixed organizations.Solid track record of managing teams and driving end-to-end planning processes.Strong proficiency in ERP systems and analytical tools (Excel, Power BI).Advanced skills in data management, KPI analysis, and operational decision-making.Excellent command of English and Polish, both written and spoken.Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead change initiatives.Responsibilities
