Your Contribution:
Monitor and audit daily production lines, conduct process audits (VDA 6.3), and follow up with Production on corrective actions.Support and lead new product launches: ensure first part approval, support during preparation of control plans, and secure smooth ramp-up.Manage and update SPC charts, QM reports , and quality documentation in SAP.Handle customer complaints and lead root cause analysis with Customer Quality Engineer , , organize containment actions, and coordinate 8D reporting with releated functions.Drive internal 8D problem-solving activities,Track and analyze scrap, rework, and scrap PPM data, ensuring continuous improvement.Work with MAHLE standarts and align with team based on requirements,Organize and supervise firewall activities, prepare instructions, and train operators , take findings as internal problem solving activities.Ensur...
