Responsibilities
Efficiently schedule production to ensure work is progressed and completed in a timely manner to meet plant commitments and standards Collaborate with estimating and sales teams to support project costing and pricing strategies Monitor and report on progress, productivity and cost on a regular basis Utilize systems and technology to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows Manage inventory levels and workforce allocation to ensure availability of materials (steel, rebar, mesh, strand) and labor to meet production requirements Coordinate fabrication, galvanizing, and readiness of job site materials, connection components, and erection hardware Ensure production requirements for pipe plant reinforcing are met in accordance with work orders and deadlines Maintain compliance with CWB standards, including audits and certification requirements Order and expedite material f...
