Production Supervisor
Our client is a growing injection molding company within the packaging industry. This position is an addition to their team, signifying their continued growth.
Immediate Vacancy
$75K to $85K with benefits upon start! RRSP match upon completion of 3-month probationary period. Quarterly bonus upon completion of 3-month probationary period. 2 weeks vacation. Weekly Wednesday staff lunch. Team events and outings. Continental Shift 7 am to 7 pm & 7 pm to 7 am; 2 week rotation.
Your Experience Brings
- 2 to 3 years Production Supervisor experience focused on daily workflow based on production needs
- Strong ability to train, lead and develop a team of 30+ employees
- Safety minded with a preventative mindset
- Experience in 5S and Lean Manufacturing
- Counterbalance forklift and crane experience an asset
- MS Dynamics, Excel
