What You Will Do
The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of workers engaged in, but not limited to, fabricating and assembly, with a keen focus on adhering to schedules, meeting productivity goals, and supporting company policies.
Assumes responsibility for all activities of the plant and plant site. Plans and assigns duties supervises employees assigned to the shift, and ensures duties are being performed by established plant policies and procedures. Actively coaches co-workers and communicates with all employees to facilitate positive change and continuous improvement in all processes, including the safety process.
