Production Supervisor Cookstown £ negotiable Supervisor will lead and coordinate daily production floor operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are consistently achieved.

You will be responsible for supervising and developing a team of machine operators across Laser, Press, Plasma, Cutting, and CNC operations, ensuring efficient workflows, high performance standards, and a positive team culture.
Duties include: Lead and manage the production team daily, including labour planning, work instruction adherence, attendance management, training and development, and all aspects of employee relations.
Plan, control, and monitor production activities on the shop floor to ensure output targets are met.
Ensure the continuous flow of materials so that required parts and resources are available in a timely manner.
