Coordinate the execution of the assigned production plan through the effective management of direct reports, ensuring the achievement of production targets while complying with customer specifications and requirements. Ensure product quality by complying with customer-established requirements and specifications.
Support and ensure compliance with the company's integrated management systems, including Quality, Environmental, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Anti-Bribery standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22716, and ISO 37001), by actively participating in required activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
