Production Supervisor / Manager

Command and control operations in the production line. Ensure that the daily targets / KPIs are met. Ensure that parts manufactured were in line with planner's need. Improve operational processess to enhance efficiency / productivity so as to meet standard cycle time. Eliminate unnecessary scrap. Maintain all machines to run at their fullest capabilities and reduce down time. Drive for continuous improvement in the line.
