Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production operations and employee workflow

• Coordinate schedules, assignments, and production priorities

• Train and support production employees on procedures and safety standards

• Monitor productivity, quality, and operational efficiency

• Assist with inventory coordination and material tracking

• Troubleshoot production and operational issues as they arise

• Support safety initiatives and compliance within the department

• Participate in process improvement and workflow optimization efforts

• Maintain production records, reports, and documentation

• Work closely with other departments to support production goals
