As a Production Supervisor your role & responsibilities will be:
Leading a team of X10 assembly operatives
Hands-on with the team, jumping on the machinery to make products when needed
Lead, develop and motivate everyone
Workload allocation, attend meetings, monitoring and reporting on KPi's & daily targets
Ensure full compliance with quality, health & safety proceduresKnowledge, skills & experience need for a Production Supervisor:
Must be happy being hands-on with the team, operating machinery when needed
