Responsibilities
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials and other production resources according to the production plan to ensure production targets are achieved with the required quality and quantity.
- Responsible for daily shopfloor management, including production progress follow-up, manpower arrangement, work discipline, 5S management, production efficiency improvement and workplace safety control.
- Optimize, implement and continuously improve internal departmental processes, systems and working standards to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
- Lead the analysis and resolution of production site issues, identify root causes, and develop both short-term corrective actions and long-term improvement plans.
- Promote and follow up on the implementation of improvement actions to enhance productivity, quality, safety and overall operational performance.
