**SECTION II**: EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Professional degree or technical training.
2-3 years of experience as a supervisor or team leader.
**SECTION III**: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND CERTIFICATIONS
**English proficiency**: 50% (intermediate).
Knowledge of manufacturing / assembly processes.
Basic knowledge of problem-solving tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa, 8D).
Leadership skills.
Teamwork-oriented.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Analytical skills.
Decision-making, negotiation skills, and people-oriented mindset.
