This role plays a key part in setting up processes, equipment, and machinery, while driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with strong organizational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. They lead by example, demonstrating a positive, can‑do approach, and act as a coach to support the development and performance of their team.
