The candidate will be responsible for monitoring production systems, troubleshooting application and infrastructure issues, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring high system availability.
Key responsibilities include log analysis, debugging Java applications, executing and maintaining shell/bash scripts, handling incident management, and supporting deployments. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in a 24/7 support model, and collaboration with development and infrastructure teams to ensure stable and reliable production systems.
