We are currently seeking a Production Support - Software Development to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).
Job Description Mandatory Skills- 3+ years of relevant experience in application Maintenance and Support with L2 role
- Strong in Unix
- Strong in writing SQL queries.
- AWS knowledge and minimum hands on is preferable
- Knowledge on any other scripting/Coding languages – preferably Java
- Actively provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis.
- Also help with code fixes and rigorous testing where required
