Production System Supervisor

Job Description :

• Create & review the SOP for all relative processes.
• Create & review the C&S BOM (ex: Leather, fabric, PU, fiber, packing…)
• Solve the BOM’s problem (include system & actual shop floor) for stable production.
• Improve the BOM’s norm, to saving the product’s cost.
• Review the routing & costing of product.
• Study the key process for improve the layout (part layout & process layout) and process steps.
• Train best practice for team’s members & production people.
• Take care process method & tool for production.

• More than 3 year experience at Process improvement/ Lean/ CI/ IE field
• Experience with BOM set up & control
• Expert user of Excel and statistical analysis software
• Experience in improvement: BOM set up or saving cost.
• More than 3 year experience at Process improvement/ Lean/ CI/ IE field
