Allstaff Resources is recruiting motivated Production Workers for multiple ongoing roles with our Salisbury-based client, a well-known manufacturer of premium handcrafted boots, leather goods, and apparel. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure 38+ hours per week on the day shift, with full training provided and a pathway to permanency for successful candidates after a probationary period.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Operating machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Inspecting, trimming, and finishing leather goods to quality standards
• Assembling and packaging products
• Following standard operating procedures
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Working as part of a friendly, fast-paced team to meet daily targets
