Job Description
Position Overview Senior Engineering Professional Leader (Professional Leader). Responsible for executive leadership of the engineering function within the Canada Energy Regulator.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert engineering leadership to a community of engineers and technologists, demonstrating exceptional judgment, strategic thinking, integrity, diplomacy, and strong interpersonal skills.
Shape the technical capacity of the organization to achieve regulatory excellence, characterized by exceptional technical competence and the highest standards of integrity.
Establish and lead engineering professional networks and communities of practice to enable dialogue, knowledge exchange, and organizational alignment.
