PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Requirements Division of COMNAVSPECWARDEVGRU. Responsibilities You will interpret and correlate large amounts of complex information from multiple sources when developing strategies to support command requirements initiatives and generation processes. You will interpret and translate operational deficiencies into various requirements documents. You will articulate viable recommendations for determining specific program/project requirements. You will work closely with peer and senior action officers to resolve and/or clarify complex issues with short suspense in support of command goals. You will serve as a liaison for assisting in the development of Operational Deficiency Reports (ODRs) that describe command operations deficiencies.
