Program Analyst

Summary This position is located in the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), San Diego Field Division, San Diego, California. The purpose of this position is to serve as an expert advisor to the Special Agent in Charge (SAC) on operations program and policy for the San Diego Division. Responsibilities As a your typical work assignments may include: Performs a wide variety of analysis and evaluation functions, such as cost-benefit analysis, return on investment analysis, program effectiveness and efficiency analysis, productivity or workload analysis, and performance analysis, among others. Supports leadership on sensitive, high-level tasks, such as annual performance evaluations, Division selections of senior Special Agents, and coordination with Headquarters to fill critical vacancies within the Division.
