PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING COMMAND of NAVFAC OSF. Responsibilities You will have experience analyzing, evaluating, and improving complex programs, processes, or organizational operations, including identifying issues, developing recommendations, and implementing solutions. You will have knowledge of planning, programming, budgeting, and resource management principles sufficient to develop funding plans, monitor execution, analyze financial data, and provide recommendations to leadership. You will have experience conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis, including researching, interpreting, and presenting data from multiple sources to support management decisions and program execution.
