Job Description
Impact youth mental health in Atlantic Canada as a Program Consultant with CAMH. Drive the implementation of integrated youth service models using your expertise in quality improvement and change management.
You will support the development and execution of effective service structures within IYS networks across New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island. This role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders to ensure equitable access to mental health services for youth aged 12 to 25.
Key Responsibilities: • Integrate best practices into IYS networks • Engage with community partners for mutual understanding • Analyze local mental health systems for contextual implementation • Facilitate and guide system change processes • Develop training resources tailored to stakeholder needs
