This full-time, hybrid role focuses on leading updates to hospital data methodologies that inform national health system reporting and decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong experience with hospital, clinical, and emergency data (e.g., acute and ambulatory classifications), and can translate complex information into actionable insights. In addition to technical expertise, this position requires proven leadership skills to oversee a small team (analysts and a coding specialist), manage program deliverables, and guide internal and external stakeholders.Responsibilities
