Continuing and Professional Studies (CPS) is the continuing education unit within the School of Communication and Information. The position of Program Coordinator reports to the Assistant Director for Continuing and Professional Studies.

Among the key duties of this position are the following:

Acts as an enrollment counselor and coordinates multiple projects within a growing department.

Serves in a lead capacity for recruiting students and acts as a key liaison to CPS’s “high touch” philosophy of support to students from recruitment to program completion.

Recruits prospective students and manages prospective student inquiries within the platforms such as Salesforce.

Provides support through the application and enrollment process.
